How do you schedule check-ins?

Every person is in different stages of their life, I want to honor that as your health coach. Depending on your schedule we can pencil in weekly zoom call check ins, Mon-Fri text support for quick questions or email support through your cleanse. Initially you will receive a bundled info packet, progression trackers and tools to help you reach your success-- any additional questions/ support I will be here to assist based off your availability and busy schedule.

How much is your 90 day nutritional reset and parasite detox?

Your 90 day reset includes a bundle of bio available nutrient dense foods, shaker, progress tracker and text/ email support with Integrative nutrition health coach, Alexandra Glisson. This is a 3 month commitment at $12 a day/ $360 the first month (parasite cleanse) and $10 a day/ $320 the following two months.

My 90 day reset is over... Now what?

Once your 3 month nutritional reset is complete, we know you will be feeling like a new YOU! Now what? We highly recommend you continue to supply your body with nutrients from the 'core 4' which is a smaller version of your reset at just $6 a day/ $191.25 a month.
